We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. As many of our products feature handcrafted work, slight variations in color, embroidery, size, or pattern may occur, making each piece unique.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for the specified period.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are processed only after confirmation. To confirm your order, a PKR 500 advance payment is required. This amount is adjusted against your total order value, and the remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
5. Payment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for the remaining balance after the required advance payment has been received. Additional payment methods may be available during checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier services.
7. Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are returned without prior approval.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
